  • How do I care for my socks?
    Machine wash under room temperature water with non-chlorine detergent. Please do not use bleach when washing socks and only medium tumble dry to keep the its longevity and elasticity. Do not iron and dry clean the socks as it will shrink.
  • Are there different sizes available?

  • What are the socks made out of?
    Our socks are made with different materials in different series. We have combed cotton, nylon, polyesters and spandex
  • Are there designs for female/male?
    At Above n Beaneath Co. design our socks for any gender out there (unisex). So, all of our collection suits everybody!
  • Do you do any customization service on your socks?
    Yes we do for purchases of above 500pairs! Do drop us an email at regarding this request and for futher pricing enquiries. *all customization subjects to approval by Above n Beaneath Co. Also subjected to stock availability.
  • Do you accept corporate bulk orders and will I get a cheaper rate if I want to order more?
    Yes, we do accept bulk orders for orders of more than 50 pairs. For quatations, please drop us an email at for more enquiries.
  • Do you have a physical store for me to try on the socks and feel the material?

  • How do I track my orders of which I’ve placed? And when will I receive it?

  • Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
    As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.
  • Can I amend/cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

  • Where do you provide shipping to?
    We provide shipping to the whole of Malaysia as well as SEA countries at a rate and delivery period of: West Malaysia: RM 8, (1-3 business days) East Malaysia: RM12 (2-5 business days) SEA countries: RM20 (5-10 business days)
  • Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are unable to inform you on the costs as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  • What happens if I’m not at the registered delivery address when my order arrives?
    If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card/ SMS telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange another delivery. Only the customer is able to call the courier service to arrange for a 2nd delivery/rearrange to another delivery address. The sender (ABC) is unable to do so for you.   • How long does it take for the return and refund process?
    The whole process takes about 10-15 business days for us to receive your parcel to our fulfilment centre, inspect your return, process it and complete the refund to your original mode of payment/store credit.
