Buying online can be tricky without try it on the actual product. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from when you've received your order:

  • Returned items must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging

  • Returned items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear

  • The purchaser will return the item at own cost, we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.

  • Free gift or any complimentary that came with the purchase has to be sent back for all returns request. Any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount of your purchase.

  • The item is packed neatly and securely, together with the invoice (sold by Sellers' item ONLY), ready to be returned.

  • Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/returns.


ABC reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with above terms. Please note we can only grant exchanges once.


For a refund, shipping fees paid are not refundable. Refunds are only provided after products are received and processed at our warehouse.

Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.


  • Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them

  • Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase especially if you've purchased via Online Banking method.


If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch:
Do email at us within 24 hours. Anything past 24 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.

Return options

  • Exchange item for different size/colour/product.

  • A full refund to your original payment mode or store credit or store coupon.

Steps to return defective/incorrect items

  1. Drop an email at for the request to refund/exchange to another design, included in the email would the matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect/defective item).

  2. Send us the photos of the socks and proof of payment and the order number of that order together.

  3. Attach the payment receipt/ proof of payment in the email.

  4. An approval email will be sent back to you IF ALL TERMS ARE MET according to the return eligibility. Attached in the approval email will be the address with the product will be returned to.

  5. The defective/incorrect item will then have to be mailed back to the address provided in the approval email. You are required to write down the order number on the packed parcel, shipping cost will be bared by us, UNLESS if it’s a return due to wanting to exchange to another design/product, then the shipping cost will be bared by the sender of the returning parcel

  6. Reply to us through the approval email stating: 

    • The courier service used

    • The tracking number acquired from courier service.

  7. Once the item had been received by us, we will then proceed to do the procedure for an exchange/ refund of the item.


  • ABC reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.

  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete. Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Store Credit.

  • Refunds nor exchanges are not allowed if there is any price difference during promotion period or sales period (or customers who failed to apply their coupon code). We are eligible to not approve any request to refund the price difference of which customers made their purchase before the promotional period

  • If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned according to the amount paid via Store Credit and your original payment method.

  • Exchange orders are only refundable via Store Credit.

  • Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

  • We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Store Credit if 30 days have past from the refund date.

  • Any refunded Store Credit that is used on a new order (including exchange orders), can only be refunded as Store Credit - even if a different refund method is selected.


ABC may revise and update these terms from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when ABC posts them, and apply to all purchases of Products thereafter. You should check these terms every time you make a purchase of Products so you are aware of any changes you. No other changes to these terms will be binding or enforceable unless agreed in writing between each party’s authorized representative.
